🎯 Why does TAP exist?
TAP’s mission is to build awareness, confidence, and a sense of belonging among prospective students — wherever they are in the world. You do this by:
- Chatting with prospects 1-1 or in groups
- Creating content like posts and videos
- Answering FAQs
- Participating in live or on-demand events
- Sparking conversations in community group chats
📲 What do I do as an ambassador?
Once you’re invited to join TAP, you’ll download the app and enter a unique code for your institution. Your admin will then activate you for one or more features:
💬 Chat
Your profile appears on your institution’s website, and prospects can start 1-1 conversations with you.
📸 Content
You collaborate with your marketing team to create posts, vlogs, and visuals. These are published to your institution’s Feed.
❓ FAQs
You write answers to common questions from prospects, based on your own experience.
🎥 Streams
You may be invited to speak at webinars or help manage the live chat during online events.
👥 Community
You’ll join group chats with prospects and other ambassadors. Your role is to ask questions, share insights, and keep conversations flowing.

- Leaderboard: Track your monthly ranking
- Career Reference: Automatically builds as you contribute
- Messaging: Chat with prospects and receive content requests from admins
You’ll get notifications when there’s something to respond to — aim to reply within 24 hours.

🌐 Where does my content go?
Your content is reviewed by your institution and published to their Feed — a searchable widget on their website. Prospects can:
- View your profile
- Read your posts and FAQs
- Start a chat if you’re enabled for messaging
