Who should be involved?
We recommend forming a TAP Working Group - a small team responsible for onboarding and managing the platform. This usually includes recruitment, marketing and ambassador coordination:

1. Kick‑off Call (60 minutes)
Purpose: Align on goals, understand your recruitment context, and shape your tailored Implementation Plan.
Who’s involved:
- Client Success Manager (CSM) – your strategic lead
- Client Delivery Manager (DM) – your implementation contact
What we cover:
- Your recruitment priorities and audiences
- How you plan to use TAP
- Ambassador plans
- Technical setup (e.g., Feed placement)
- Key events or timelines to align your launch to
We’ll collaborate on your Implementation Plan, which outlines everything needed to get you live smoothly.
After the call:
- TAP creates your admin accounts
- We finalise your Implementation Plan
2. Core Admin Training (60 minutes)
Purpose: Ensure your team can confidently navigate the TAP Admin Dashboard and manage the essentials.
What we cover:
- User management and permissions
- Adding FAQs
- Managing content
- Reporting basics
- Early setup tasks to prepare for launch
This session gives your team everything they need to run TAP behind the scenes.
3. Streams & Community Activation (45 minutes)
Purpose: Activate the student‑facing parts of TAP and agree on day‑to‑day Ways of Working (WoW).
What we cover:
- How to publish and manage Stream content
- How to create and run Communities
- Ambassador involvement
- Moderation and notification management
- Finalising your Ways of Working document
Your WoW outlines who does what - content, moderation, ambassador queries, Engage actions, and more.
