What if my ambassadors are sending irrelevant content?

What kind of content should ambassadors be creating?Encourage ambassadors to share:

• Photos/videos of daily life, events, and campus activities
• Personal experiences with student life, clubs, societies, and academics
• Insights into living in the city/town and what they wish they’d known before enrolling

Avoid content that duplicates what’s already on your website, social media, or prospectus.

How can I help ambassadors improve their content?

• Ask them to include themselves or friends in campus shots to add personality.
• Emphasise quality over quantity — thoughtful posts with captions are more impactful.
• Suggest they think like a prospect: “What would I want to know before joining?”

Can I remove irrelevant content?Yes. As an admin, you can delete posts that don’t add value. This also removes any career points or time earned by the ambassador for that content.
Tip: If you delete content, let the ambassador know why and guide them on what to post instead.
