Here is a round-up of everything we released across TAP in September, alongside continued work behind the scenes to keep the platform fast and stable.
Dashboard
· The dashboard now has a shorter, simpler address: dashboard.theambassadorplatform.com. Your existing bookmarks and links continue to work, so nothing needs updating on your side.
Ambassadors
· Ambassadors can now register through the web. The full journey runs in the browser: enter an invite code, confirm your email, choose your ambassador type, select subjects and courses, add interests, write a first message, and upload a photo. This mirrors the app journey, so ambassadors who prefer the web no longer face a different or older registration experience.
· Roll-over unused time. Where an ambassador has not used their full weekly allocation, unused time can now carry forward, giving them room to finish conversations in a busier week. Switch it on per ambassador in Ambassadors > Manage.
Spaces
· Bulk removal of space members. Upload a CSV of email addresses to remove several members from a space at once, rather than working through them individually. This is the quickest fix when the wrong list has been invited into a space.
Engagement reporting
· The engagement report export now includes a blocked status against each prospect, marked yes or no. Blocked prospects can be filtered out before the export feeds a CRM or an email campaign tool, so nobody who has been blocked is invited into a space or contacted externally.
Chats
· Links shared in chat are now clickable, so prospects and ambassadors can open a page directly instead of copying the address out of a message.
Notifications
· Prospects can now control email and push notifications separately. Two toggles at the foot of their profile let them switch off one without losing the other, which came directly from client requests. Previously, the two ran together, so a prospect who wanted fewer emails had to accept fewer notifications overall.
Support
· We moved to a new support system, with a knowledge base alongside it, giving you a single place to raise questions and find answers. You can reach the support team via the Help Centre or at tap.support@idp.com.
· Stream playback is now running smoothly again, following an improvement to the way recordings are stored and served.
We are pleased to bring these changes to the product and look forward to seeing how they improve your recruitment outcomes and make working with TAP more efficient.
