Streams

• Speaker invitations are now managed from one place, making them quicker to find and send to the right speaker.

• Every invitation now includes a calendar (.ics) file, so speakers and participants can add the session to their calendar and get reminders.

• Double confirmation has been added for actions that could cause disruption, such as starting, stopping, or cancelling a stream.

• New Revert feature for stream actions: if you accidentally start or cancel an event, you can undo it, and the right notifications are automatically sent to everyone affected to explain what happened. This adds a further layer of protection on top of action confirmations.

• Speakers can now reset their own password if they lose access to their account.

Sign-up and sign-in experience

• A dedicated sign-up flow for parents, first introduced for Taleem. Since many standard questions are university-specific and don't apply to parents, those have been removed.

• Added support for chat-to-app login, giving users a smoother path from a chat into the app.

• A cleaner sign-up flow overall: clearer wording, duplicate fields removed, and single-select subject questions for more consistent data and better mapping into your CRM.

Safeguarding

• Safeguarding is now managed in one place. Review flagged conversations, their category, severity, AI detection, and the reason for the alert in a single view, with bulk resolution to manage cases more efficiently.

Ambassadors

• Ambassador registration now uses default interests only, improving matches between ambassadors and prospective students.

• Ambassadors can now edit their profiles in the web dashboard, not just the mobile app — useful for academic and staff ambassadors who work mainly from the web.

• Ambassadors can now leave chats from both the web platform and the Ambassador App when they no longer need to participate.

IDP Community

We've streamlined registration, allowing new members to browse community content from the outset and complete onboarding only when they're ready to join the conversation. This creates a smoother experience for users who prefer to explore before engaging.
