The Ambassador Platform Knowledge Base

June 2026

Key updates include stronger safeguarding tools, smarter TAP Feed filtering, improved AI topic detection, new Streams landing pages, and comments across web and mobile communities.

Safeguarding

• Safeguarding items can now be filtered by classification type, making it easier to review and manage cases.

• Safeguarding data can now be exported for reporting, auditing, and review purposes.

• Automated identification of concerning content has been enhanced to help surface potential safeguarding issues more effectively

• Spam content is now automatically flagged and managed as part of the safeguarding workflow.

• Safeguarding classifications are now displayed in plain language, making them easier for administrators and staff to understand and review.

TAP Feed

TAP Feed filters now work intelligently together. When a country is selected, subsequent filter options update automatically to show only relevant choices, helping users avoid empty results and find content faster.

Ambassador Experience

• Ambassadors can now perform the same actions across web and mobile, creating a more consistent experience regardless of device

• The ambassador app now auto-corrects typos while composing messages, helping improve communication quality and readability.

Mobile App

University administrators can now disable mobile app promotion across sign-up flows, pop-ups, and floating buttons within public communities, giving greater control over the user journey.

AI Topic Detection

• AI topic detection has been significantly improved with higher accuracy and broader topic coverage.

• All messages across all chat types are now analysed, whereas previously only one-to-one conversations were included. This provides a more complete picture of student engagement and conversation trends.

Streams

• Administrators can now create dedicated landing pages that combine multiple Streams for a specific audience or cohort.

• For example, institutions can create a single destination for prospective undergraduate students from a particular region, bringing together relevant ambassador-led Streams in one place.

Communities

• Comments are now available on community posts, enabling richer engagement and conversation around content.

• Available on web for both private and public communities, and on mobile for private communities
