The Three‑Step Onboarding Process
1. Complete Your P2P Training (45 minutes)
You will receive a full walkthrough of the peer‑to‑peer dashboard (powered by TAP), covering:
- The Ambassador Hub (managing, monitoring, and supporting ambassadors)
- The Interaction Hub (reviewing conversations and group chats)
- The Content Hub (content requests, submissions, nudges)
- Reporting (activity insights for chats, content, and ambassador performance)
2. Recruit and Invite Ambassadors (2–10 hours)
If you already have student ambassadors, this step will take no more than 2 hours. Otherwise, allow up to 10 hours to:
- Select and recruit your ambassadors
- Share the onboarding and training materials provided by IDP
- Ensure ambassadors understand your institution’s guidelines
- Support them as they register in the TAP app
3. Switch Ambassadors On (5 minutes)
Once ambassadors have registered in the TAP app, you simply:
- Go to your Admin Dashboard
- Open the Ambassador Hub
- Toggle each ambassador on for the IDP Student Community
