How do I use On-Demand Streams to share recordings with prospects?

What is On-Demand Streams?

On-Demand Streams lets you share pre-recorded content with your audience directly on your Feed. It’s ideal for:

• Webinars
• Q&A sessions
• Virtual events
• Information sessions

Prospects can watch recordings at their own pace and engage with ambassadors via group chat or 1-2-1 messaging.
How to upload an On-Demand Stream

1. Go to the On-Demand Streams tab.
2. Click + Upload Recording.
3. Add a title, description, and relevant tags.
4. Choose visibility:
   • Public: visible to all Feed visitors
   • Private: shared with specific prospect groups
5. Enable group chat to build community around the content.
6. Set up custom data capture fields to collect the information you need.

What happens after upload?

• Prospects can view and interact with the content.
• Conversations can continue beyond the video via chat.
• Admins receive comprehensive reporting, including:
  • Who signed up to watch
  • Engagement levels
  • Data submitted via capture fields
