How do I create a flyer to recruit ambassadors?

You can share a flyer to promote your ambassador programme and encourage students (and in some cases, alumni or parents) to apply. We’ve provided a flyer template that you can customise and distribute through your usual student communication channels.

Step 1: Access the template

Find our flyer template here.

⚠️ This template is hosted in Canva. Please make a copy first before editing, so you don’t overwrite the original.

Step 2: Customise the flyer

• Update the design to reflect your institution’s branding.
• Edit the text to include details of how and where students can apply.
• Highlight what you are looking for in ambassadors (e.g. different study levels, nationalities, or subject areas).

If you haven’t used Canva before, watch this 2-minute video for a quick introduction on how to use its features to customise this flyer.

Step 3: Share your flyer

Promote the flyer across the channels your prospective ambassadors are most likely to see, for example:

• Student newsletters or email bulletins
• Social media pages or groups
• Virtual learning environments or student portals
• Printed copies for on-campus events or noticeboards
