How do I check my app notification settings?

🔄 First, update your app

Before checking your settings, make sure you’re using the latest version of the TAP app:

  • Visit the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android)
  • Search for “The Ambassador Platform”
  • Tap Update if available
📱 Android Notification Settings
  1. Open your Settings app
  2. Tap Apps & notifications > Notifications
  3. Under Recently sent, find TAP
    • Tap the app name to manage notification categories
    • If you don’t see this section, go to App notifications and select TAP
  4. Toggle notifications on and adjust preferences (e.g. sound, banners)
📌 You can also sort apps by “Most recent” or “Most frequent” to find TAP faster.
🍏 iOS Notification Settings
  1. Go to Settings > Notifications
  2. Scroll down and tap The Ambassador Platform
  3. Toggle Allow Notifications on
  4. Choose how and where notifications appear:
    • Lock screen
    • Notification Centre
    • Banners
  5. Set your preferred sound, badge, and preview style
